Contact management

The people behind the companies.

Keep one clean record per business contact: name, email, phone, title, mailing address, and the client company they belong to. Any app can pick a contact from the open directory – so when you issue an invoice, the bill-to person is a real record, not a retyped email.

Available by request. Start a workspace and ask us for it, and we'll set it up with you and tell you what it costs for a team your size.

We'll set Contacts up with you and price it for a team your size. Nothing is charged today.

What you get

How it works

  1. 1

    Add who you deal with

A name is the whole requirement. Their company, email, phone and role are chips you fill in when you know them.

  2. 2

Keep the thread, not the folder

Notes and correspondence sit on the contact, newest first. Each one has its own address — copy it on an email and the thread files itself against the right person.

  3. 3

    Merge the duplicates

Two records for one person become one, from the record itself: facts fill the keeper's blanks, everything pointing at the other one repoints, and the loser is archived with a pointer rather than deleted.

The person you actually email — and the shared mailbox you actually email.

Common questions

A shared inbox is not a person.

It is still who you write to. accounts.payable@ is a first-class contact here rather than an invented human, so an invoice addressed to it is addressed to something real.

What about candidates and employees?

They are not contacts. People move between roles over time — a candidate becomes an employee becomes an alumnus — so candidates live in Hiring and employees in Staff, and a contact stays the person you do business with.

Do we have to buy it separately?

No. Contacts comes with Deals: add it to your workspace once, and everyone who has Deals can use it at no extra charge and no extra seat.

Contacts is one app in Curfew Suite.

Use it on its own for as long as you like. If you ever add another, it shares the same login, the same bill and the same data underneath.
