CURFEW PRIVACY POLICY#

Version: PRIV-2026.08-v7
Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Who this policy covers#

This policy explains how Curfew Labs Inc. ("Curfew," "we," "us") handles personal information when we act on our own behalf — for our website, marketing, sales, billing, and support.

It does not cover data our customers put into Curfew Suite. When a business uses Curfew Suite, that business decides what data goes in and why. We process it on their instructions under our Data Processing Addendum(DPA URL). We are the processor; they are the controller. If you are an employee, customer, or contact of a business that uses Curfew Suite and you want to access or delete your data, contact that business. We will refer your request to them.

4. How we use personal information#

  • To provide, secure, and support the Services
  • To create and administer Accounts and authenticate Users
  • To bill you and collect payment
  • To respond to your questions and requests
  • To send service and transactional messages, including security notices, billing notices, and renewal reminders
  • To send marketing emails, subject to Section 6
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • To improve the Services, using aggregated and de-identified information
  • To comply with law and enforce our agreements

We do not use your personal information, or Customer Data, to train generative AI models. See Schedule C of the Customer Terms.

5. Where the Services are offered#

Curfew Suite is offered only to customers located in the United States. We do not offer the Services in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and we do not target marketing to individuals in those regions.

If you are located outside the United States and believe we hold personal information about you, contact support@curfewsuite.com.

6. Marketing emails#

We may send you periodic promotional emails about Curfew products and features where you have given us your email address, including when you create an Account, request a demo, or submit a form.

  • Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and in any event within ten business days.
  • You can opt out at any time, by using the unsubscribe link or by emailing support@curfewsuite.com.
  • We do not send marketing email to recipients in Canada.
  • Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop service and transactional messages about your Account — security notices, billing notices, and renewal reminders. Those are not marketing, and you cannot opt out of them while you hold an Account.
  • We do not rent, sell, or trade our marketing list.

7. When we disclose personal information#

We disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers and subprocessors who help us run the Services, listed at www.curfewsuite.com/security. They may use it only to perform services for us.
  • Professional advisors — lawyers, accountants, auditors — under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities, where required by law or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property. Where legally permitted, we will notify you first.
  • A successor, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. Personal information would remain subject to this policy or a policy no less protective, and we will notify you of any material change.

8. Selling and sharing#

We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months.

We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • We will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our website.
  • We will honor Global Privacy Control and other recognized opt-out preference signals your browser sends.
  • We will update this section before those technologies go live.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

10. Security#

We describe our technical and organizational measures at www.curfewsuite.com/security.

No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee that personal information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed in breach of our safeguards.

11. Where information is stored#

All Customer Data and personal information we hold is stored in the United States. See www.curfewsuite.com/security for details.

Because the Services are offered only to customers in the United States, we do not rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other cross-border transfer mechanisms for customer information. If that changes, we will update this policy before it does.

12. Your rights#

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold and how we use it
  • Access a copy
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Port your information to another provider
  • Opt out of marketing, and of sale or sharing where applicable
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To exercise a right, email support@curfewsuite.com or write to us at the address in Section 15. We will verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming control of the email address associated with the request.

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written authorization.

If we decline your request, we will tell you why. You may appeal by replying to our response or emailing support@curfewsuite.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to an appeal within the time required by applicable law. If we deny the appeal, you may contact your state attorney general or, in the EEA or UK, your supervisory authority.

Remember: if your information is in a customer's Curfew Suite workspace, direct your request to that business. See Section 1.

13. Children#

The Services are for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact support@curfewsuite.com and we will delete it.

14. Changes#

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version with a new date and, for material changes, notify Account holders by email at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. Prior versions are archived at www.curfewsuite.com/terms.
