Every plan, every election, priced.
Maintain the benefit-plan catalog (medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life) and run the cost report: each employee's elections priced monthly and yearly, split employee-paid vs firm-paid, with the STD/LTD salary formulas computed for you.
Available by request. Start a workspace and ask us for it, and we'll set it up with you and tell you what it costs for a team your size.

How it works
- 1
List the plans
A short code and a type is the whole entry. Medical, dental, vision, life, disability — the ones you offer, named the way your enrolment forms name them.
- 2
Price them
A flat monthly cost, or a formula where the premium follows salary. The disability formulas are computed rather than typed, so the number moves when the salary does.
- 3
Read the cost
By plan, by person, and in total — employer share and employee share apart, because they are two different conversations.
What the plans actually cost you, per person, without a spreadsheet nobody else can open.
Common questions
We retired a plan but people are still on it.
It stays on their record marked retired, and it stops being offered to anyone new. An option list that still shows last year's plan is how somebody gets enrolled in something you no longer have.
Does this connect to the staff records?
It is where their elections come from. The same plans appear on each person's record in Staff, and the same cost formulas feed the payroll cost report — one calculation, not two that drift.
Benefits is one app in Curfew Suite.
Use it on its own for as long as you like. If you ever add another, it shares the same login, the same bill and the same data underneath.
