Who works here, on what terms – once.
One profile per person: employment type, start date, salary, bonus targets, benefit elections, and external payroll ids. Benefits, Bonus, and Payroll calculators all read this record – change it here and every number downstream updates.
$1.00 per user, per month. Available by request — start a workspace and ask us for it, and we'll set it up with you.
What you get
- One source of truth for every people calculator
- Compensation visible only to those granted it
- Deactivate keeps history honest – nothing is ever deleted
- Links to real member accounts, works for non-login staff too
How it works
- 1
Say who works here
A name and a type is the whole record. Employee, contractor, part time — including the people who have left, because their history has to stay somewhere.
- 2
Fill in what you know
Start date, manager, benefit elections, and compensation if you are allowed to see it. Link them to their Curfew account when they have one, and everything they did before the link comes with them.
- 3
Ask what it costs
Fully burdened employer cost per person and in total — salary, the employer's share of payroll taxes, retirement, and the disability cover priced from the same formulas Benefits uses rather than a second copy of them.
One record per person, and the salary in it is not visible to the room.
Common questions
Who can see salaries?
Only people you grant the compensation permission. It is one permission across the whole platform, not one per screen, so there is no report that quietly forgot to check.
Can we track people who have left?
Yes, and you should — deactivating someone keeps their record and their history. Nothing about last year changes because somebody resigned this year.
What about the bonus calculation?
It is here, and it needs delivery hours: connect BigTime and it reads them. Without that connection it tells you it has no hours rather than quietly returning zero.
Staff is one app in Curfew Suite.
Use it on its own for as long as you like. If you ever add another, it shares the same login, the same bill and the same data underneath.
