Put the badge on your site
An inline snippet, a one-line script, or a React component. The inline one carries the whole widget in your page, so a visitor's browser never contacts us until they press Send.

A visitor says something
A rating out of five, a message, optionally an email. Nothing is sent while they rate or type - no impression ping, no half-finished submission - and on Send exactly one submission, with nothing else alongside it.

Read it, or reply to it
Ratings and comments arrive with the page they came from. If they left an email it can open a ticket automatically, so they get a real reply.

No. It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage of any kind, and the inline version loads nothing third-party.
What do you record about the visitor?
The rating, the message, the page path, and an email only if they typed one. No IP address, no user agent, no referrer.
How long do you keep it?
As long as you choose, and then it is genuinely deleted — not archived. It is the one thing on the platform that is truly erased.

Use it on its own for as long as you like. If you ever add another, it shares the same login, the same bill and the same data underneath.
