Start a bucket
A name. Not a project, not a workspace – a bucket, for the things that belong together in your head and nowhere else yet.

Empty your head into it
Write the paragraph you would have written on a napkin and it becomes separate items. That is the difference between a list you keep and a list you meant to make.

Give it stages, if it earns them
Each bucket has its own – a shopping list needs two, a launch needs five – and the board, the matrix and the score are three views of the same items rather than three places to keep them.

Common questions
Can I put somebody else's name on an item?
Anyone's. An owner here is just a name, because the person who has to bring the projector usually does not have a Curfew account and should not need one to be on your list.
Is this a project manager?
No, and it would be worse if it were. It is the thing you use before the work is a project – and if it becomes one, Task Manager and Projects are next door.
