Your criteria, kept on the server rather than in whoever's browser did the last round — which is what makes the fortieth review comparable to the first.

Paste or upload their materials and get a structured read against those criteria: a verdict, the reasoning, and what to ask them. It is saved, so the next person sees why rather than repeating it.

Common questions
Does this screen people out automatically?
No. Nothing is rejected by the app and no shortlist is produced without a human. It is decision support with a person in the loop, deliberately, because hiring decisions carry consequences a model should not be making alone.
Who can see candidate details?
Only people you grant it to. Candidate information and the AI reads are behind their own permission, so having the app is not the same as having the applicants.
Does it work with our applicant tracking system?
The reviewer works on its own with nothing connected. Browsing live jobs and applicants needs a JazzHR connection — without one, that half of the app says so rather than showing you an empty list.

Use it on its own for as long as you like. If you ever add another, it shares the same login, the same bill and the same data underneath.
