Interviews lets you ask a set of questions once and collect video answers from as many people as you like, on their own time. Send a link - to eleven candidates by name, or as one open link on your careers page - and they record from a browser with no login, no install, and no scheduling. Every answer is transcribed on arrival, so you can search what people actually said, skim a ten-minute response in thirty seconds, and score it without watching twice. It was built for first-round hiring, and it works just as well for client testimonials, reference checks, and honest anonymous feedback.

Write the questions
A title is the only required thing. Add questions in order; a candidate answers them one at a time.

Watch and score
Every answer is transcribed. Click a line of the transcript to jump to that second, score on the scale you picked for that interview – stars, yes/maybe/no, or a thumb – and leave comments for the other reviewers you named.
Ask once. Watch the answers when it suits you, with the transcript beside them.
Common questions
Does the candidate need to install anything?
No. They record in the browser on a phone or a laptop, and can upload a file instead if their camera will not cooperate.
Who can see a recording?
By default only the person who created the interview and the reviewers they name. A recording is somebody's face and voice, so browsing them is not the default.
Is it only for hiring?
No. It asks what your interview is about rather than assuming — testimonials, reference checks and feedback rounds work the same way.
We hire for this role twice a year.
Duplicate the interview and send it again. The questions and settings come across; the previous candidates and their answers stay where they are, with the round they belonged to.

Use it on its own for as long as you like. If you ever add another, it shares the same login, the same bill and the same data underneath.
