Say what you are observing
Name the study, list the activities you expect to see and the outcomes they end in. Start from one of six built-in shapes — contact centre, field service, queue, plain timer — or write your own steps and flags.

Start a session and press the button
One press logs the observation and restarts the clock, so the next one begins the moment the last one ends. A flag, a note or an improvement idea is one tap more, and none of them is required.

Read it back
Averages per activity and per step, how often each flag fired, and where the time actually goes — across one session or every session in the study.

Common questions
Does it work on the floor, without signal?
It runs in a browser on a phone as well as a laptop, but it needs a connection — there is no offline capture yet. A corner of a warehouse with no reception is still a clipboard job.
Is this only for contact centres?
No. A contact-centre study gets a call and after-call split with a live average handle time; every other study simply times the work. The app asks what you are observing rather than assuming.
Can colleagues see my observations?
Not by default. A study belongs to you inside this workspace until you share it, which is usually what you want while the numbers are still rough.
Time Study is one app in Curfew Suite.
Use it on its own for as long as you like. If you ever add another, it shares the same login, the same bill and the same data underneath.
