Every filing, on time, every year.
Track every regulatory obligation – state filings, franchise tax, licenses, annual reports – with a due date, an owner entity, and a recurrence rule. Completing a recurring item schedules the next period automatically, and the dashboard shows exactly what's overdue or coming due in the next 30 days.
$5.00 per user, per month. Billed in advance. You pay only for the people you give access to.
What you get
- One calendar of filings, licenses, and reports per company
- Complete-and-schedule-next: recurring items renew themselves
- Overdue and due-soon surfaced on the dashboard, not discovered late
- Every filing names the agency that will chase you – it is the one field you cannot skip
How it works
- 1
List what you owe
Agency, description and a due date – that is the whole filing. Tag it with a jurisdiction or a category if you want to group them later, and leave both empty if you do not.
- 2
Say how often
Annual, biennial or quarterly. Month-ends and leap days are handled rather than approximated.
- 3
File it and forget it
Marking one complete schedules the next period automatically. What is overdue and what lands in thirty days is on the board, not in somebody's memory.
Complete a recurring filing and the next one schedules itself.
Common questions
What if a due date moves?
Change it. The next one is scheduled from the due date rather than the day you filed, so one late year does not shift every year after it.
Can we see what is already done?
Yes, but not by default — the board opens on what is still owed, because a list of everything ever filed buries the four things that matter this month.
Compliance Tracker is one app in Curfew Suite.
Use it on its own for as long as you like. If you ever add another, it shares the same login, the same bill and the same data underneath.
