Does this replace a lawyer?
No, and it is not trying to. It is the first pass that tells a person where to look, on the contracts nobody has time to read twice.
What happens when our standards change?
They are versioned. A review keeps the version that judged it, so an old finding still says which rules it was measured against rather than quietly meaning something else.
