How it works
- 1
Send it in
Drop files in, or forward them from your inbox. Attachments become documents waiting to be filed, and you choose whose mail is allowed to do that.
- 2
Let it read them
Who it is from, what kind of document it is, the dates and amounts in it, and a summary you can search — extracted before a person looks, so filing is checking rather than typing.
- 3
Approve it into the archive
Before anything is filed it checks whether you already have it — same file, or the same party and type — because the second copy of a contract is how an archive stops being trusted.
Findable in a year, by somebody who was not there when it was filed.
Common questions
How do I find something two years later?
Two ways. A precise search when you know what you want, and a plain-English one when you do not — "utility bills from 2024", "invoices over five thousand" — reading the summaries rather than the filenames.
Somebody deleted the wrong thing.
Deleting hides it; it is still there and an admin can restore it. Emptying that bin for good is a separate, deliberate act.
Document Manager is one app in Curfew Suite.
Use it on its own for as long as you like. If you ever add another, it shares the same login, the same bill and the same data underneath.
