E-signature

Signed today, and the other person never makes an account.

Upload the document, drag the fields onto it, send. Signers open a link – no account, no app, no password – and sign by typing, drawing, or uploading their own signature, on a phone as easily as a laptop. Word and PowerPoint files become PDFs on the way in. When one person has to sign before another, set the order and nobody sees it before their turn. What comes back is a flattened PDF with a completion certificate and a SHA-256 hash of the finished document, so what you file is evidence rather than a screenshot.

Signature running in a Curfew Suite workspace
Signature in a working workspace. Every name and figure in it is invented.

What you get

How it works

  1. 1

    Drop the document in

Drag a PDF, an image or an Office file into the composer. The envelope starts itself.

  2. 2

    Say who signs, and where

Add signers by email or @handle, then drop fields on the page: signature, initials, date, free text, checkbox, radio, name, job title, company, and a full address block – ten in all.

  3. 3

    Send it

Each signer gets their own link — no account, no download. When the last one finishes you get a flattened PDF with a certificate page and two hashes.

PDF in, signed PDF out, with a certificate that says who signed what and when.

Common questions

Do signers need an account?

No. A signer gets a private link and signs in the browser. Only the people managing envelopes need to be in your workspace.

What do we get at the end?

One flattened PDF with the signatures burned in, a certificate page recording each signer, their consent and their timestamps, and a hash of both the document and the final file.

Can a signer keep their own copy?

If they have a Curfew identity they can keep a copy in their own workspace, and the bytes are copied rather than shared — so it survives you deleting yours.

Signature is one app in Curfew Suite.

Use it on its own for as long as you like. If you ever add another, it shares the same login, the same bill and the same data underneath.
